TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment is to be made within agreed terms with “Grayking Interior Supply Pty Ltd”. Credit card payments are available: Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX. A payment processing fee may be applied to credit card payments.
Written authorisation must be obtained from Grayking before any goods can be returned for credit. Grayking may, in its absolute discretion, before 7 days after delivery or goods issued, accept returns of standard item that are unused in undamaged condition and must be in its original packaging to credit the customer. Any returned goods “must be” accompanied with the relevant invoices. A handling charge of 20% plus GST of the total value of the goods plus all freight charges are applicable. No returns will be accepted of any non-standard stock, special size, details, or obsolete products.
Grayking will store material for a maximum of 4 weeks from arrival date in line with your schedule provided. Beyond this, storage will be charged to your account at $0.40/carton per week [ex. GST] until goods are taken in full.
CUSTOM MADE ORDERS
Custom/special items are made on request. Please check details, size, and quantity carefully. Once order is placed, goods are not subject to cancellation, exchange, or refund. Special orders are supplied to the nearest carton quantity.
A deposit of 50% is required upon placing of order and the balance to be paid in full prior to supply of goods. Account customer to be invoiced as soon as the goods become available for pickup or delivery.
Prices are subject to change without notice due to currency variation and fluctuation in material and shipping cost. Any order accepted prior to the effective date of the price change will be supplied at the price ruling at the date of delivery of the goods, subject only to any contrary conditions made at the time of acceptance of the order.
